Custom Designed & Online Shopping Wedding Invitations & Stationery – The Process

Custom Designed

STEP 1: CONSULTATION

Please book an appointment. A consultation fee is charged, however if you proceed with us we will then deduct this amount off your final invoice

STEP 2: QUOTE

We will draw up a quotation for you based on all the elements discussed during your consultation. Please do not hesitate to make changes or ask questions.

STEP 3: PAYMENT

A 50% deposit is required before designing commences.

STEP 4: WORDING

We will need your full wording typed out and sent to us for your invitations so that we can complete your design. We will send wording options to you to look at. Please type your full wording out in an email to avoid any errors.

STEP 5: RECEIVE DESIGNS

We will send designs to you electronically. Please feel free to give as much feedback as possible to ensure that you are 100% happy with your design. You are allowed 3 draft designs to finalize design for print. Please allow 7 working days for design so that we can spend time on creating something perfect for you.

STEP 6: INVITATION PROOF

We will print and put together a sample invitation for you to look at. You will need to come in to sign off your proof. Please allow 3 working days for a proof to get made up.

If you cannot come in and view the physical proof, we will accept your sign off on electronic proofs as well. We do however recommend that you view the physical proof , to ensure that the final product is perfect before going to print.

STEP 7: FINAL INVITATIONS

We will now complete your final order of invitations. Please allow 10 working days for production. We will confirm with you as soon as your order is complete.

If you would like to increase your order quantities before going to print, please inform us well in advance so we can order additional materials.

STEP 8: COLLECTION

Please ensure final payment is made before collecting.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please keep in mind that this process is dependant on how quick the communication is between you and Pistachio Designs.

ENVELOPES / NAME TAGS

If you need envelopes or name tags for your invitations, please send your names to us in a word document.

WEDDING STATIONERY

The same (8 Step) process applies for wedding stationery.

We don’t print samples for stationery as we match the colour to the wedding invitations.

Please send your wording for your required stationery (menus, table seating, thank you cards, order of service etc) 4 weeks before your event so that we have time to design. You will receive your stationery the week of your event/wedding unless arranged otherwise prior to the time. ONLY word documents without tables will be accepted.

Online Shopping

SELECT A DESIGN

Simply select the design you like. We have a wide variety of designs to choose from.

STEP 1: PLACE YOUR ORDER

Fill in your order details. This will give you a total price before you proceed.

STEP 2: SUPPLY YOUR WORDING

Fill in your wording details so that we can send a design with the correct information on it. Make sure you check your spelling.

STEP 3: ACCEPT & PAY

Read our terms & conditions. Understand the process and continue. Make payment for order to get processed.

STEP 4: RECEIVE DESIGN PROOF

Your designs will get emailed to you electronically within 48hours. Check the design and wording and sign off via email. Your order will take 3-4 working days to complete. Envelopes, envelope liners and stickers are supplied separately so that you can put everything together yourself.

STEP 5: COLLECT/RECEIVE ORDER

Orders can get couriered nation wide, otherwise collection at our office is an option. You will be notified once your order is ready or if your order has been sent.
